As an organisation committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and supporting the holistic well-being of our employees, we highly recommend the OTBM masterclasses. The insightful content, expert facilitation, and engaging discussions have empowered our employees to navigate crucial life stages and challenges around hormonal health."

Giorgia Abeltino,
Google Sr. Director Government Affairs and Public Policy South Europe and Lead of EMEA Women@Menopause chapter

Over the last 18 months our partnership with Over the Bloody Moon has been fantastic. Their content is modern, informed, data driven, inclusive and relevant. I love the conversations we have, the way the team show up and really care about finding the best solution for us. Whether it's being at the Seminar using the MenoVest, providing digital content, or using their training to become a Menopause Mentor, I've learnt so much more about menopause and always feel confident about using their content.”

Caroline Milliken,
L&D Partner and Programme Manager, People and Organisation, Specsavers

We had an amazing day yesterday and the Over The Bloody Moon team were amazing! We had plenty of volunteers to trial the MenoVest and plenty of interest in the OTBM stand. I believe with yesterday’s conference having OTBM present, we helped support so many of our staff and raise awareness!”

Sarah Thompson,
HR Business Partner , Orbis Education and Care

Today’s session went really well. We had great attendance by the men. It’s really hard to explain what period pain feels like, so having people try the simulators and have that visual representation of the impact was really good.”

Helen Reynolds,
HR Director, David Lloyd Group

We were delighted with MenoVest Experience, the Menopause Allies workshop and OTBM facilitators who did an excellent job and were very engaging and informative. Having the MenoVests available for men to experience some of the symptoms of menopause was very helpful to educate on the impact that symptoms can have for some, on concentration levels and confidence. I would definitely recommend OTBM to others.”

Claire Claxton,
Learning Design & Project Partner, Greene King Pub Co

We thoroughly enjoyed the Demystifying Andropause workshop. The session was engaging and informative and I would highly recommend Over The Bloody Moon for workplace training."

Polly Acorn,
Team Admin Assistant, Nuclear Waste Services

To mark Menopause Awareness Day, we decided to create two separate sessions for men and women where they could have a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and learn. They came together over lunch to try the VR and MenoVests and chat to OTBM coaches. The day was a huge success with great engagement and is still being spoken about around the Drax Group."

Jenna Snell,
Drax Group, Gender Balance lead
