The course was just right, the pace was great and the content was comprehensive and very informative - on a personal level it has helped me very much on my journey through menopause, but it has also provided me with a solid understanding on how to help others.

I rate the Menopause Ambassador training 10/10. There was just the right amount of information presented. The Reasonable adjustments exercise and discussions role play was really helpful.

Samatha Stevenson,

We want to say a huge thank you to the team at OTBM for visiting IMI and delivering the Menopause Allies training. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from everyone who took part, with many of our employees now feeling more informed and confident to have the conversations in the workplace to support those going through the menopause. Engagement far exceeded what I was expecting and the feedback from people since the event has been fabulous.
