Training length ranges from 30 mins to half a day, depending on level of depth and interactivity required and can include handouts and checklists to aid participants afterwards.

This 1-hour informative menopause workshop provides context to why menopause is a business issue, the diversity of experiences (cultural, environmental and genetic influencers), possible impacts, symptom management options and provides conversation starters, ideas for reasonable adjustments, as well as signposting people to key resources.
This 1-hour menstrual health workshop explores common issues that include endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMDD, PCOS, Fibroids and painful periods. The session highlights the importance of validation and support from colleagues and managers, as well as signposting people to resources and treatment options to live fuller lives.
This 1-hour andropause workshop is led by a men’s hormonal health clinician, and male relationship coach. The session covers the role of testosterone for those with male sex characteristics, what happens with deficient supplies and how this might impact some. We cover how to get andropause diagnosed and treatment and then provide practical tips on how to navigate andropause symptoms, in and out of the workplace.
This 60-minute webinar provides foundation workplace training for managers, supporting menopause in the workplace. It can be delivered in person or virtually by experts with HR and DEI backgrounds.

This online course is translated in eight languages, and provides up-to-date resources for advocates, Mental Health First Aiders, HR, & managers, wanting to be the go-to support on menopause within their organisation and build momentum around inclusivity.
Our 4-hour Menopause Mentors training program is delivered virtually or in-person, for organisations wanting to form a group of Mentors to accelerate cultural change around menopause. Learners are taken through our PAUSSE model on how to prepare for a meeting, assess for crisis, understand, and actively listen, support and signpost and encourage positive change. The session is interactive with team tasks. We also provide tips for event planning, maximising intersectional engagement, and communication on the topic. Comes with digital toolkits and notes.
After 18 months of completing any of our Menopause Mentor programmes, we offer a 2-hour Refresher Training session. This is a great way to be kept up-to-date with new legislation, menopause symptom management options, and resources and share experiences with Menopause Mentors from other organisations.
