International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day (March 8) is more than a celebration. It’s a rally cry. Through collaborative events, media campaigns, and educational storytelling, we advocate for equity in menstrual and hormonal health support across the workplace and society.

Meet us!
Tap In. Tap Out.
Millions of women commute, work and perform daily tasks while managing
significant pain or discomfort - often without visibility, understanding or
accommodation.
Severe period pain and endometriosis is too often normalised,
minimised, or misunderstood, despite their impact on daily functioning.
Tap In. Tap Out. is a live, experiential pop-up event, designed to highlight the invisible
challenges many women carry into work every day, focusing on chronic period
pain and associated conditions such as dysmenorrhea and endometriosis. Doctors, endo warriors and women's health content creators will be there to demonstrate allyship and we will be fundraising for charity, Endometriosis UK.
Date: March 2, 2026
Time: 9am to 1pm
Location: Kings Cross National Rail ticket hall
Fundraising for: Endometriosis UK
Bring along your boss, partner or friend to try on Crampsta, an authentic period pain
simulator whilst conducting workplace tasks and challenges, to see if they could cope.
