National Inclusion Week

National Inclusion Week goes beyond a policy – it is a vital reminder to create workplaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. This year, it falls w/c September 15.

Hormonal health is often left out of inclusion conversations in the workplace - yet it affects people across gender, race, religion, LGBTQ+ communities, neurodivergent people, and those with chronic conditions or disabilities. By focusing on hormonal health, we challenge stigma, promote empathy, and open up conversations that lead to more inclusive wellbeing support at work and a stronger sense of belonging for employees.

Let’s make space for every person and every story - this week and beyond.
