World Menopause Day & Menopause Awareness Month

Every October, we partner with menopause friendly organisations to cultivate conversations and guidance on menopause in the workplace. With webinars, panels, podcasts, and powerful stories, we challenge taboos and raise awareness on World Menopause Day and throughout Menopause Awareness Month.

Menopause Allies @Skyscanner

We visited Skyscanner offices in London and Edinburgh to mark Menopause Awareness Month. We ran a half day menopause training program for all employees that included our Menopause Allies workshop, MenoVestTM Trials, and an XPO to provoke curiosity and conversation.

OTBM | Women's Health Panel

We invited experts Helen Tomlinson (Menopause Workplace Champion), Emma Cox (Endometriosis UK Chair), Aaron Kinghorn (Author of “Hope – A guide to PMDD) to share their perspectives on how workplaces can better support those impacted by hormonal health symptoms to thrive and belong.

Menopause Awareness Event, Kings Cross Station

We ran a fundraising event for Wellbeing of Women to kick off Menopause Awareness Month. Thanks to Network Rail, we were able to take over the concourse and cultivate conversations with commuters on menopause - encouraging them to try out our VR “Day in the Life of a Perimenopauser” film and MenoVest trials.

Menopause Exhibition at Rødovre Centrum, Denmark

Rødovre Centrum is Copenhagen’s largest shopping centre. We were part of an immersive exhibition to celebrate the first large scale study on menopause experiences in Denmark, conducted by the University of Copenhagen.

World Menopause Day @Amazon

We ran an immersive half day menopause event, hosted by Women At Amazon, across two locations in the UK where people were able to explore learning zones, chat to menopause coaches, and attend a menopause workshop and panel.
