
This interactive, awareness-building course gives participants the knowledge and practical tools to champion menopause inclusion across their organisation. It helps learners break down stigma, encourage open conversations, and integrate menopause support into broader workplace wellbeing initiatives.
This course is designed for Workplace Advocates who want to use their lived experience to help others, and play an active role in cultural change, wellbeing support, and inclusive organisational practices.

Expected Learning Outcomes:
- An understanding of menopause as a key workplace inclusion issue, along with clarity on the advocate’s role in normalising conversations and influencing meaningful change.
- A solid grasp of what menopause involves, including its stages, symptoms and the physical, emotional and psychological effects it can have on individuals.
- Insight into how menopause can influence wellbeing, performance, team relationships and retention and the ability to respond with empathy and support.
- The skills to recognise and understand different menopause “personas” that may appear in the workplace, allowing tailored and inclusive support for diverse experiences.
- A clear understanding of roles and responsibilities of a Change Champion.
- Confidence in providing practical, stigma-free support, knowing what language and approaches to use (and avoid), and how to signpost colleagues to appropriate help.
- An appreciation of how advocates can shift workplace culture by breaking down taboos, reducing silence around menopause and fostering open, supportive dialogue.

Knowledge Check and Certificate
This course includes a 10-question knowledge check at the end. Once the required pass mark is achieved, learners will receive a downloadable .pdf certificate, complete with a QR code for third-party verification, and the option to share it on LinkedIn.
